With a minimum form factor on only 19 x 22 x 2.2mm and based on an ARM-cortex M3 CPU, is the AM87M03 WI-FI module offering many functions for the IOT environment. The module is controlled by AT COM set and the onboard flash can contain 4 MBIT of space for customer applications, furthermore have the module FOTA support(over the air firmware upgrade) Power supply as well as the host interface goes through the UART interface.
